1. Data Ownership & The Memory Vault

At HashWare Systems, we believe your trading data is an extension of your professional identity. The information stored within your **Memory Vault**—including trade setups, emotional notes, reasoning, and historical replay logs—remains your exclusive property.

We do not "sell" your trading behavior or behavioral analytics to third-party liquidity providers or hedge funds. Your performance intelligence is collected solely to serve the HashWare "Improvement System."

2. Information We Ingest

To provide a structured improvement loop, we collect the following intelligence:

Identity Data: Basic registration information required for account security.
The Trader's DNA: Granular data regarding your backtesting decisions, entry/exit logic, and self-reported discipline metrics.
System Interaction: Metadata on how you use our market replay engines to optimize performance and data delivery speeds.

3. Behavioral Analytics & Usage

We utilize the data ingested by our System for two primary functions:

                   Self-Correction Logic:
                   Your data is used to populate your specific "Mirror" comparison, allowing you to visualize the gap between your actual performance and your "Shadow Performance."
               

To refine our market replay fidelity and data accuracy.
To detect and prevent systematic abuse of the backtesting suite.
To provide personalized analytics regarding recurring behavioral mistakes.

4. Data Protection & Security Architecture

HashWare employs industrial-grade encryption to protect your execution history. Access to the Memory Vault is strictly controlled via multi-layered authentication protocols. We treat your journaling entries with the same level of confidentiality as financial institutions treat transactional data.

5. User Rights & Data Portability

As a serious trader, you maintain full control over your record. You have the right to:

Export your journaling history for external review.
Correct inaccuracies in your recorded setups.
Request a "Total Purge"—the permanent deletion of your account and all associated behavioral analytics.

                   Security Advisory: Deleting your account will permanently dissolve your recorded "Trader DNA." This action cannot be reversed by HashWare Systems.
               

6. Changes to this Policy

As our System evolves, so will our privacy standards. Any updates to this policy will be communicated directly through the HashWare TSAP interface. Continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of these standards.
