Users acknowledge that the System's primary value lies in self-analysis and the refinement of individual discipline. Continued use of this platform implies a commitment to objective review and process-driven growth.

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: HashWare is a technology provider, not a financial advisor. Analytical intelligence produced by this System is for educational and self-review purposes only.

While HashWare strives for absolute precision in our market replay and data ingestion engines, historical data is sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such data.

4. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property

The System, including its unique "Mirror" comparison logic, "Memory Vault" grid architecture, and CSS-driven infographics, is the exclusive property of HashWare Systems.

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal professional development.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, "scrape," or distribute any proprietary code or data visualizations without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HashWare Systems shall not be liable for any damages resulting from trading losses incurred in live markets, system downtime, or data gaps in historical price action.

Industrial Note: Your "Shadow Performance" is a metric of potential. Bridging the gap between potential and reality is the user's burden; HashWare provides only the bridge.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HashWare Systems is registered (HashWare Enterprises Private Limited), without regard to conflict of law principles.
